Galileo Services presents the opportunities offered by the GNSS downstream market at ENC

Galileo Services participated in the ENC 2016 that took place in Helsinki, Finland from May 30 to June 2. John Pottle, Marketing Director at Spirent Positioning Technology, delivered a presentation – entitled « Grasping the opportunities offered by GNSS downstream market » – on behalf of Galileo Services at the Industry Session 1, on Wednesday 1 June.

The presentation advocated for the adoption of a Space Strategy for Europe, which must support the development of a competitive GNSS downstream industry in Europe by considering several support actions/ instruments. This strategy must be supported by funding at a strategic level to grow Europe’s share.
