A Space Strategy for Europe – Input from Industry for a Successful European GNSS Market Uptake

This position paper has been prepared in the context of the targeted EC consultation for the
« A Space Strategy for Europe » initiative.

It summarises the main recommendations from the European GNSS downstream industry for the Space Strategy. It introduces then some concrete examples on the main GNSS-based application segments.

The content of the paper is an extract of all inputs that have been provided by Galileo Services over the past year. More details on the rationales of GS recommendations can be found in previous communication from the Association, in particular, the Position Paper 2015 « Europe must succeed in the Global Navigation Market Race ».
